Mayors, energy efficiency and training for local authorities'.
teh opening speech will be held by Luca Mercatelli of AREA
Science Park of Trieste, representing PATRES, followde by teh
President of the Province of Foggia, Antonio Pepe, the Councillor
for Labour of the Province of Foggia, Leonardo Lallo, the President
of the Association of Building Construction Industrialists of
Foggia, Gerardo Biancofiore, the President of the Charter of
Engineers of Foggia, the presidentr of the Charter of Architects of
Foggia and Councillor for the territory of the City of Foggia,
Augusto Marasco.
To follow, the Councillor for Productive Activities and EU
Policies, Pasquale Pazienza ('Energy and environmental
sustainability in the Province of Foggia: the Covenant of Mayors
and the PATRES Project'), Luca Mercatelli (PATRES supporting tool
for local authorities to foster the introduction of RES in
buidlings), Antonio Gallicchio, Mayor of Calvello (The experience
of Calvello with energy efficiency), Rocco Di Tolla, of the SEL
Società Energetica Lucana (Basilicata: GPP in Calvello), Tonia
Citarelli and Antonio D'Arienzo, Province of Foggia (The new energy
and environmental annex to building regulations devdeloped by the
Province of Foggia for energy efficiency and the use of RES).

holding a closing speech.
